    Yes, everything is possible! This is what Tore Teir thought when he founded Greenstep Oy, a financial consulting firm, in 2010. Greenstep opened its first office in Espoo, but thanks to strong growth it has expanded to many other cities around Finland. The entire industry has also had a high rate of growth since 2000. Greenstep’s idea is to offer small and medium size businesses high-quality financial services.

    The range of services include CFO/Controller services, accounting services, HR services, business valuation, financial services and consulting.

    We always try to be proactive advisors and we use our entire organisation's knowledge even for the smallest customers' benefit. In this way, we create value compared with traditional accounting firms where the reporting is done only once a month or even more rarely.

    The accounting industry and consulting activities linked to this, is basically interaction between people, where in addition to expertise also trust is important. Even the best knowledge is wasted, unless there is trust. A good customer relationship can be described as: straightforward with clear responsibilities.     During the first call, we map your needs and describe our business model briefly. After this, we book a meeting where we go through the issues in more depth. Based on this, we can make a offer and when the offer is accepted, we take hold of your financial activities directly. In the beginning, there may be a lot of one-time tasks, when old data is transferred to Netvisor and new wage data is established etc. An important part of the process is in the beginning to deal with potentially problematic old patterns of behaviour, and thus immediately start developing the financial management.
