NetSuite Configuration

NetSuite is always built in a customer-centric way, around the company's strengths to support business development

NetSuite is used and can be scaled by both SMEs and companies with a turnover of billions. Regardless of size and industry, each company has its own characteristics and we always build NetSuite around the company's strengths to support business development. Whether in the retail, IT or service industries, we will enhance the NetSuite platform on an industry-by-industry basis and leverage your strengths. The platform always formulates business needs first and you get a top team from Greenstep to support you in developing processes to drive growth.

How are customers processes developed by using NetSuite?

Since no two companies are alike, the first step in the NetSuite deployment process is to configure the platform to look like the customer. We form a customer-specific team of experts, which in addition to NetSuite's experts includes, for example, financial management experts who are well acquainted with the company's business and industry. Together with the customer, our experts review current core business processes, support processes and future goals at the top level. Together with the customer, we will hold a workshop where we will focus on understanding the customer’s needs and analyzing how the customer could streamline their processes with NetSuite. Based on this, we are also able to define the scope of the project and create materials that we will utilize later in the implementation.

Because NetSuite has a number of different functions and modules, it is important for the customer to assess what should be implemented and why, and here we act as an important support. Below are examples of Greenstep's NetSuite features and customizations that can be implemented:

  • Business / financial management processes (data management, accounting, e-invoicing, purchase invoice processing, project management, banking, reporting, etc.)
  • HR & Payroll (HR master, annual leave planning, payroll and accounting, payslip accounting)
  • Travel and expense accounting (Bezala, credit card connections)
  • Analytics & BI (reporting, automated connection to NetSuite)
  • Customer-specific integrations (e-commerce, external warehousing, subcontractors, etc.)

To clarify the configuration, we always build a visual system map, which we use to form a picture of the current situation and make suggestions on which modules should be added to the implementation to ensure that the customer's needs and goals are achieved. After the workshop and business mapping, we will still hold a kick-off meeting with all stakeholders and agree on the progress of the project before moving on to initialization.
