During our Housewarming & Growth event in Stockholm we got to listen to impactful speeches and interesting growth stories.
In November 2021 we organized an exclusive event for our customers, partners, and knowledge-hungry growth companies. The theme for the event was "Growth strategy and financial processes in collaboration". With us at the event, in addition to Greenstep's Chairman of the Board & Founder Tore Teir and Greenstep Sweden's CEO Fredrik Öhrn, we had four invited Key Notes who shared their own experiences and lessons learned in growth strategy and robust financial processes:
Regina Duzanskaja, CFO at ePassi, shared her four top learnings from growing the business. One of these was “Execution is king, and focused execution is King Kong”, which highlights the importance of developing a good plan with measurable goals and then sticking to that plan, even if there can be many other exciting opportunities along the way.
Conny Friman & Erik Flodin, Partners at Evolver Equity, told us about growth for SMEs. Erik and Conny both agreed that the key to a company’s success is the people and the ability to work together. Therefore, Evolver is also extremely interested in understanding what drives the entrepreneurs.
Thomas Sutter, Finance Director & Controller at Oracle, shared successful finance & global solutions within the Centre of Excellence. He talked about evolving technology and processes to automate more, “We are currently in the Age of Accountants and Auditors. This is not to continue as we were before, but to evolve”.
The live stream recording will soon be shared here.
