Terms and conditions for changes and cancellations related to Greenstep Academy trainings
If a registered participant is unable to participate in the training, another participant can be substituted at no additional cost no later than 24 hours before the start of the training. Cancellations and changes made 14 days before the training, other than a change of participant, will be charged 50% of the training price. Cancellations made later than 14 days before the training or unused training places will be charged the full participation fee. In cases of illness, a medical certificate must be sent, in which case the participation fee will not be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing to greenstep.academy@greenstep.fi.
We reserve the right to make changes, postpone already agreed training sessions to a later date, or to change face-to-face training to distance training. Training may be postponed or cancelled due to the low number of participants. We will inform participants of any changes by email no later than 4 business days before the event. In the event of changes caused by the training provider, the registered participant may cancel their participation free of charge.
