Greenstep Hub is a customer portal that facilitates collaboration between the customer and Greenstep. Our first customers have been using the Hub for a few months. One of our pilot customers is Oura, a manufacturer of smart rings, for whom we have been managing their payroll for almost ten years. We interviewed Heidi Immonen, Oura's payroll contact, who told us how collaboration with the payroll team has changed since the introduction of Hub.
3 days. 450 Greenstep employees. 2400 crayfish. Those were the ingredients for an unforgettable weekend! In September 2023, we organized a long-awaited staff trip to Levi. Greenstep employees from Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Estonia headed to the stunning landscapes of Lapland for the weekend.
A lean organizational structure and varied tasks were what attracted Susanna Kiviniemi to join the team of sustainability experts at Greenstep. Her role in the team includes a variety of different tasks, from calculating carbon footprints to sales and team leadership – for the experienced expert, the most important thing about the job is that every day is different.

However, it is the company values that should drive the sustainability work – the desire to truly contribute to the common good and a better world.

Startup ecosystems in Finland, Baltics and Ukraine have embarked on a joint program which aims to support the rebuilding and defense of Ukraine as well as better future for youth already during the ongoing war.
