  • Setting up a business
    The Private Company Limited by Shares is the most common form of incorporation for people wishing to start a business in Ireland. Many foreign companies choose to establish a branch or a subsidiary. Any company which is incorporated outside the country and establishes a branch in Ireland must register with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) within 30 days of the establishment of such branch. Setting up a business is simple and straightforward, and a company can be incorporated in approximately 5 days.
  • Travel allowances
    In 2021, the kilometer allowance is 37.95 / 44.79 cents per kilometer, and daily allowances € 36.97 or € 15.41 per day without an overnight stay.
