Greenstep has a single accountable model, i.e. your fund's authority and investor reporting is handled by a professional appointed by our CFO team, who works closely with your own accountant.

IPEV & EVCA reporting

The purpose of fund reporting is to harmonize fund reporting and to define the information to be reported to the fund's stakeholders. We handle investor and portfolio reporting of private equity funds in accordance with the principles of Invest Europe.

FiVA-reporting

Private equity funds (both licensed and registered) and investment service companies are required to report to various authorities on a regular basis. At Greenstep, your fund's regulatory reporting will be handled timely and correctly by an expert appointed for you.
