Although this year is not over yet, we wanted to send you our season's greetings and look back on the past year already, well before the rush of the Holidays. The Greenstep family has grown by over 100 expert colleagues this year and we now have over 700 Greenstepers in the Nordic countries and Estonia. In addition to our current offices, we have opened offices in Rovaniemi, Joensuu, Oslo, Umeå and Sundsvall. Trondheim and Raasepori will soon be opened as well. As we grow, we will be able to help you more widely. In addition, Greenstep is part of the MSI Global Alliance network, which enables us to serve companies in over 100 countries. In addition to new offices, we are constantly evolving, most recently developing AI services for our clients. Our amazing development team has worked on a secure AI chatbot that is tailored to the needs of the business!

In our annual wellbeing challenge, we challenged our employees to take steps or cycle during the work week, while also raising money for charity. During the week, the employees who gained the most steps or cycling kilometres were given the choice of which charity they wanted to donate the money to. Donations went to the following charities:
In September, our employees gathered in Levi for a weekend to spend time together and enjoy the beautiful autumn of Finnish Lapland. More than 400 Greenstepers from different countries finally got to meet each other, which enhanced our community spirit and teamwork.
