As the year draws to a close, it's time to reflect on the past year and thank you for our cooperation! We hope that we have succeeded in supporting your company – our goal is always to keep the customer at the center of our operations.
We also gladly welcome development suggestions, so please feel free to contact us if needed. We conduct a customer satisfaction survey twice a year, through which we have received valuable feedback and development suggestions – thank you for those.
Throughout the year, our team of experts has grown and strengthened with new Greenstepers who support our customers in various needs. We have also expanded internationally – we now serve companies in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Estonia, as well as in the UK and the Netherlands! We are also part of the MSI Global Alliance network, allowing us to serve companies in over a hundred countries.
We have also expanded our service offering. Now we provide support our customers in business processes at the customer interface through our Salesforce partnership.
In Norway, we have introduced both CFO and sustainability services with our own consultants located here. This means that we can offer you as customers even more customized solutions.
Additionally, to improve cooperation between us and our customers, we created the Greenstep Hub customer portal, where group-to-group communication is smooth and secure. Currently, almost 700 of our customers are using the Hub!

Investments in renewable Energy
In 2021, Greenstep made a commitment to invest at least 10% of our net profit in renewable energy between the years 2021 and 2025. The target, set at a total of 5 million euros in investments, remains intact, with 4 million euros committed so far. We invest responsibly and continuously look for ways to increase our environmental and social impact.
Well-being challenge raised money for charity
In our annual well-being challenge, we challenged our employees to take steps or cycle, simultaneously raising money for the charity fund. Together, we collected 2700 euros for various charities. The winners of the weekly challenges got to choose the donation targets, which included the following organizations: Seta ry, Cancer Foundation Finland, Mieli ry, Children's Movement (Olympic Committee), Kummit ry, UNHCR (Emergency Aid for Brazil Floods) and Plan International Finland.
Carestep Oy's strong training mission supports inclusion and prevents social exclusion in society
One of our sustainability investments is the cleaning company Carestep, founded in 2021, which offers high-quality cleaning services and uses all its profits for social good. Carestep hires, for example, immigrants who may find it difficult to get jobs due to a lack of language skills and offers them language studies, career guidance, and coaching for free.
At the end of August, our staff gathered for a weekend in Turku to spend time together! Hundreds of Greenstepers from different countries got to meet each other. Live encounters with colleagues really increase the sense of belonging – and it was proved this time as well.
