Bezala provides Musti Group with international expense claim management

Musti Group needed a modern and easy-to-use mobile application that would help end users to claim daily allowances and mileage reimbursements. They found a suitable solution from Bezala, which has also helped streamline the company's own invoicing and payment processes.
Musti Group is the Nordic market leader in the retail of pet food and accessories. The group has 335 stores in Finland, Sweden and Norway. Musti Group uses the Bezala app, developed by Greenstep, to manage their daily allowances and mileage reimbursements. Designed for international companies, Bezala provides a comprehensive and efficient expense management solution for the international group.
"We chose Bezala because we needed a modern and easy-to-use mobile application that would help end users claim per diems and mileage reimbursements. We also hoped it would streamline our own invoicing and payment processes," says Taru Manner, Group Financial Controller of Musti Group.
Automated data transfer makes accounting more efficient
When considering alternatives, it was crucial for Musti Group to find an application that would be available in all Nordic countries. According to Taru, the cloud-based Bezala application surprised them with its ease of use and seamless integration with their existing systems.
"We were looking for a partner who could provide us with an end-to-end turnkey solution, including integration with existing systems.
