Brand ID, a Finnish branding expert, is a growth-driven company boldly venturing into international markets. Through careful planning and dedicated effort, the company has expanded from its roots in Pori, Finland, to North Carolina, USA, where it has established a manufacturing facility for marine decking products.

“We have been working with Greenstep for two years. We chose their modern NetSuite ERP system to drive our growth and support our internationalisation efforts. At the same time, we decided to outsource our payroll management to Greenstep,” says Sari Räikkä-Mikkola, Financial Manager of Brand ID.

Brand ID needed an ERP system that could meet both current and future market demands. With Greenstep's assistance, Brand ID implemented the NetSuite ERP system, replacing six outdated systems with a single, unified solution. In 2023, the system was extended to include financial management functionality, and payroll processing was outsourced to Greenstep. This freed up internal resources to focus on business development.

“We wanted a system that we could actively manage and develop ourselves. Working with Greenstep was smooth from the start. Clear operating models were established early in the project, which enabled us to complete the implementation on time – and even under budget,” says Vesa
