Retta Outsourced Its Financial Administration to Greenstep
Retta is a Nordic expert service group specialising in the brokerage and management of residential, commercial and office properties. The company has recently undergone significant changes, and the decision to divest two business areas has accelerated the need to restructure its financial administration. Retta chose to outsource this function to Greenstep, a well-known partner.

“We had previously worked with Greenstep in areas like IT reporting and interim CFO and controller roles. Now, we decided to deepen the collaboration by outsourcing our financial administration. Initially, our group’s parent company was responsible for centralized support functions, including finance. However, the business divestments created a need to separate these functions – and to outsource financial administration,” explains Sebastian Krapf, CFO at Retta.
A Skilled Partner Brought Smoothness to Financial Operations
When the time came to separate financial operations, Krapf saw outsourcing as a more flexible approach. As part of the business sales, the previous financial systems had transferred to the new owners, which meant Retta needed to implement entirely new solutions for accounting, purchase invoices, and expense reporting.
“Operations have improved significantly since we began working with Greenstep. The outsourcing has brought us a higher level of service, and our financial processes are now well under control. For accounting and purchase invoice management, we switched to Netvisor, which has been a clear improvement compared to our previous systems,” says Krapf.
One of the most notable changes for the entire organization has been the adoption of a new expense reporting tool, Bezala.
“Bezala’s ease of use has received a lot of positive feedback – not just from a financial perspective, but more broadly across the organization,” Krapf adds.
