Hidex Oy, a rapidly growing and international family-owned company, updated its enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to better meet the demands of its global business. With the help of Greenstep, the company implemented NetSuite, a solution designed to support the needs of international organisations like Hidex.
“We had been using our previous ERP system for 15–20 years. While it worked well enough, it was based on a somewhat outdated Citrix database, which allowed us to view only one area at a time. Since our previous partner couldn’t offer a more modern solution, we decided to explore other options,” says Ville Haaslahti, CEO of Hidex.
